WMFE BROADCASTING BUILDING
This building was painted and waterproofed.  We applied an elastomeric waterproofing paint and sealed all windows and exposed cracks on the building.

ORLANDO HEALTH PARKING GARAGE

At the Orlando Health Garage we caulked all vertical and horizontal expansion joints, fireproofed electrical rooms, applied traffic coatings over enclosed rooms (electrical, storage, etc.), as well as applying the below grade waterproofing to the elevator pits.

FILUTOWSKI CATARACT AND LASIK INSTITUTE

This job consisted of below grade waterproofing of an elevator pit as well as waterproofing the entire exterior of the building with a bitumen sheeting membrane, making the building waterproof and creating an air barrier.
